After the €290 assessment: bring the right people into the dossier
When the initial assessment shows that a property needs professional clarification, the buyer can request a Professional Collaboration Workspace. This controlled-beta layer is designed to help buyers involve their own trusted professionals or request STRATAFORM review for local professional collaboration. Italian property checks often depend on municipal rules, local offices and area-specific practice, so local expertise matters. Professional fees, engagements and opinions remain separate from the initial assessment.

Invited access
When someone is invited to a STRATAFORM case, they can enter the relevant workspace from the invite link and work from the shared context. Free access to a specific invited case is different from future Professional Pool membership.
Multilingual communication
Multilingual collaboration tools are part of the controlled product roadmap.
