How STRATAFORM protects buyers, professionals and evidence quality before a property decision.
STRATAFORM is a decision-support platform for Italian real estate. The principles below describe how the product is designed and how the team operates. They are not a substitute for professional verification, and they do not limit rights granted under EU or Italian consumer law.

We do not sell false certainty
STRATAFORM organizes evidence and surfaces uncertainty. We do not present uncertain information as confirmed, and we do not promise outcomes we cannot evidence.

Received is not verified
Documents and statements received from any party are labelled as received. They become verified only when a qualified professional, with the appropriate scope, confirms them.
- Principle 03
AI assists, it does not certify
Models help structure, summarize and flag. They do not produce legal, notarial, cadastral, technical, banking or insurance conclusions. The platform never substitutes a qualified human role.

Professional boundaries are respected
Notaries, lawyers, surveyors, engineers, energy experts, banks and insurers keep their scope. STRATAFORM routes the right question to the right role and records what was asked, by whom, with what evidence.

Buyer protection comes before conversion
When a buyer should pause, ask a question, or wait for a professional confirmation, the workspace says so. We do not optimize the experience to push a decision forward.

Source lineage matters
Every signal in a dossier should be traceable to where it came from: the listing, a received document, an official source, a third-party contribution, or a professional response.

No silent evidence overwrites
When information changes, the prior state is preserved and the change is visible. Evidence is not quietly replaced; the decision record stays auditable.

Privacy and redaction matter
Personal data and sensitive identifiers in property documents are handled with care. Sharing controls and redaction are part of the workflow, not an afterthought.

Auditability is part of trust
A dossier should be readable later: who contributed what, when, and against which evidence. Trust grows when the record can be re-examined.

We protect the decision, not just the transaction
Our responsibility extends beyond the moment of purchase. The platform is built so that a buyer can defend their decision later — with evidence, lineage and professional context intact.

Fair use protects trust
STRATAFORM is built to support real buyer decisions, not report farming, competitive extraction or serial refund abuse. We protect legitimate buyers by preserving evidence lineage, access boundaries, human review and fair-use controls.

Access creates responsibility
When a user accesses a digital dossier, report structure, source-lineage analysis or trust workflow, they are receiving STRATAFORM intellectual and operational value. That value should be used only for the authorized property decision workflow.
