STRATAFORM assessments are purchased and managed through strataform.app. This page summarizes the public buyer-facing principles. The operational policy shown during checkout on strataform.app governs the paid assessment flow and should be reviewed before purchase.
A paid assessment is a digital decision workflow
A STRATAFORM assessment is not a generic downloadable file, unlimited report generator or listing-scraping tool. It is a digital decision-support workflow linked to a specific property/source bundle and buyer decision context.
One assessment, one property decision
Each paid assessment is intended for one property decision workflow. It should not be used to generate serial reports, extract market intelligence at scale, test competitors' listings, build a parallel dataset or benchmark STRATAFORM methodology without authorization.
Before analysis starts
If a payment was made by mistake, duplicated, or the assessment has not yet started, the buyer may request cancellation or refund review through the app's operational policy flow.
After analysis, access or dossier generation begins
Once the digital assessment starts, access is granted, or a dossier is generated or viewed, STRATAFORM has begun delivering a digital service. Refund or withdrawal handling may therefore depend on the service state, access state, technical state, use history and mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
Fair-use controls
To protect buyers, professionals and the integrity of the platform, STRATAFORM may apply fair-use controls such as dossier IDs, access-state records, report-generation state, download/export history where available, refund-review history, account/payment matching, manual review, temporary restrictions or suspension where misuse is suspected.
No report farming or serial disavowal
STRATAFORM may refuse or limit refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, including repeated dossier generation followed by refund requests, account sharing, automated link testing, competitive monitoring, reverse engineering, resale, or extraction of STRATAFORM source-lineage structures, report logic or trust methodology.
Competitive and unauthorized use
STRATAFORM outputs, report structures, evidence workflows, source-lineage logic, Golden Case methodology and trust interpretation are provided for the buyer's personal or authorized professional decision workflow. They may not be used to train, benchmark, copy, resell, reverse engineer or operate a competing product, dataset, automation or market-intelligence service without written permission.
Legitimate buyers remain protected
Fair-use controls are not designed to punish genuine buyers. They exist to keep the service reliable, prevent abuse and ensure STRATAFORM can support real property decisions. Technical failure, duplicate payment, unusable input or legitimate access issues should be handled through refund review, support intervention, replacement assessment or credit where appropriate.
Professional services are separate
The paid assessment does not automatically include legal opinions, notarial due diligence, cadastral checks, technical inspections, mortgage decisions, engineering analysis or professional fees. Professional assistance is requested and agreed separately.
